 Dr Sherzoy is well qualified in the field of Implant Dentistry, a specialized aspect of dentistry, dealing with the placement and restoration of dental implants.  Dental Implants are Dr Sherzoy’s preferred method of tooth replacement versus dentures because they look and feel more natural, do not slip or slide out of place, and do not have to be removed to be cleaned.  According to recent publishings from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), dental implants are the ideal option to replacing aging bridges and messy dentures.

Beneath the crown is the root which anchors the tooth through the gum tissue and to the jaw bone.  When you lose a tooth you lose both the root and the crown. You need a dental implant which is essentially a new root to replace both the root and the crown.
